14,000+

Secondary datasets across textile, dyeing, energy and transport.

48h

From upload to a full screening report on your bestseller.

2027

EU ESPR timeline. Textiles are among the first categories.

16

PEFCR impact indicators. From climate change to water scarcity.

What you get

The PEFCR engine your compliance team wished existed.

From bill of materials to public passport. The full path, regulator ready by default.

Full footprint for every SKU

Upload a bill of materials and cyrcID calculates the full cradle to grave footprint for every SKU in your catalog. 16 environmental indicators, Apparel & Footwear PEFCR methodology, traceable from raw material to end of life.

Real data where it exists

Where you have real supplier data, we use it. Where you don't, our secondary database of 14,000+ datasets fills the gap. Every result is auditable and ready for the regulator.

Live DPP, not a static PDF

That calculation becomes a public page your customers scan from the care label. Materials, origin, environmental footprint, care instructions. A live document that updates as the ESPR schema evolves.

Hit the Let's go button to walk through the step-by-step guide on our platform

How it works

From spreadsheet to scannable passport in four moves.

No methodology PhD required. We do the heavy lifting; you keep the editorial control over what goes public.

Free screening

Send us your bestseller's BOM and we deliver a screening report within 48 hours. Your CO₂e on category benchmarks, no commitment.

Day 1 — 2
2

Primary data collection

We invite your mills, dyers and manufacturers into a private supplier portal. They submit only what is relevant; you review.

Week 1 — 4
3

Full PEFCR calculation

The engine runs all 16 indicators on the verified primary data. You get a defensible footprint and a per-stage breakdown.

Week 4 — 6
4

DPP & cyrcID badge

Publish the public passport and print the QR on your care label. Your e-commerce gets the cyrcID verified badge. Proof your retailers and customers can scan.

Week 6+
See the platform

One workspace. From footprint to passport.

Upload your products, run the PEFCR calculation, collect supplier data, and publish your Digital Product Passport. Everything in one place.

PEFCR calculation

CO₂e, water usage, and a data quality rating for every product. The full lifecycle breakdown shows exactly where your impact sits, from raw materials through end-of-life. Recalculate anytime as your supplier data improves.

Product dashboard

Your entire product portfolio in one view. Filter by category, status, or creation date. See which products are published, track DPP views, and spot data gaps before they become compliance gaps.

Public product passport

Your customers scan the QR on the care label and land on a hosted page with materials, origin, environmental footprint, care instructions, and return options. Their first post-purchase touchpoint with your brand.

Why now

The 2027 deadline is closer than your onboarding timeline.

Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling. Start collecting supplier data today and unlock advantages beyond regulation.

Retailers already require it

Zalando, About You and major EU marketplaces want verified environmental data. No footprint, no shelf space.

Supplier onboarding takes months

200 SKUs across 30 suppliers means weeks per product line. Start now to run in parallel before the deadline.

First movers set the benchmark

Brands that publish first define what good looks like. Followers react. Leaders create the standard.

cyrcID — digital product passports for the textile industry

Want to know the footprint of your bestseller?

Send us a BOM. Get a screening report in 48 hours — see where you stand vs. category benchmarks and what it takes to be ESPR-ready.

Things brands ask before they apply.

A screening uses category-average secondary data — fast, directional, free. A full PEFCR runs on primary data collected from your actual mills, dyers and manufacturers. The screening will usually be conservative (higher than reality); the full calculation is what gets published on the DPP and what regulators accept.
No. Suppliers receive a short, scoped form — only the data points relevant to their step. No login, no spreadsheet templates, no methodology training. The platform fills in defaults from secondary databases where they leave fields blank, and flags it as such in the audit trail.
Yes — we map directly to the ESPR delegated act for textiles and the GS1 DPP data model. We're co-developing the methodology with VUT Brno and Envitrail, and our DPP schema is reviewed against the latest ESPR drafts every quarter.
For a typical garment with 3–5 tier-1 suppliers, the full path takes 4–6 weeks: one week for setup, two to three for supplier data collection, and one for review & sign-off. Once a supplier is onboarded, repeat products on the same supply chain run in days.
You decide. The minimum required by ESPR (materials, country of origin, care, end-of-life) is automatic. Optional layers — full footprint, supplier disclosure, repair partners — are toggles per product. The public URL is hosted by us; the QR code is yours to print on the care label.
The free screening is always free. Beyond that, pricing depends on your catalog size and data needs. Check our pricing page for plan details, or book a call and we'll walk you through it.
